What you bring to the team

  • Keeping personal files and personal documentation of employees following applicable regulations
  • Entering and updating data in the HR and payroll system
  • Preparation of a payroll/calculation of remuneration and management of related documentation
  • Control and record of employees' working time (current entry into the system, supervision of the correct estimate of working hours, keeping records of working time)
  • Keeping matters related to the billing and accounting of employee vacations
  • Ongoing control of the timely implementation of medical examinations of employees, health and safety training
  • Preparation of personnel and payroll documents for the current needs of employees
  • Preparation of PIT, Social Security, PFRON and GUS declarations
  • Preparation of postal correspondence
  • Archiving personal and payroll documentation
