Business Development Representative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities within the VentureDevs Network
  • Effectively research, identify, and prospect for new warm leads and cold leads, building strategic target lists
  • Schedule calls between qualified leads and our Head of Business Development or other members of our sales team
  • Provide our sales team with adequate notes for call preparation
  • Perform sales operations and maintain leads in the CRM system
  • Work with our sales and marketing teams to manage our email outreach workflow and tools to support

What you will bring:

  • 1+ years related business development or sales strategy experience
  • Excellent English (C2 Proficiency)
  • Organized and detail oriented with superb task management (and multi-tasking) skills
  • Great work ethic with unwavering persistence and determination
  • Ability to learn quickly with the desire to make an immediate impact
  • Previous experience using CRM and prospecting software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to produce detailed research and well-written documentation easily
  • Self-starter but motivated by team, not simply individual, success
  • Existing interest in modern technology with the desire to learn more
  • OK with flexible work hours to collaborate with our US business development team (i.e. 2 days a week working 12PM - 8PM CET)
