Sales Coordinator

VentureDevs provides strategy, design, and development services to top startups and global enterprises. We are a diverse team of creative collaborators with ambitious growth goals (we more than tripled our growth this year alone) and are searching for a Sales Coordinator to join our Business Development team. It is the perfect opportunity for a driven self-starter eager to learn quickly and make a big impact on a global technology startup. You will work directly with our Head of BD and will also collaborate cross-functionally with our Account Manager and members of our marketing and operations teams. This position has a growth track leading towards an Account Manager role. It is primarily remote, and we are open to hiring in either Los Angeles or New York.

Main responsibilities:

Work very closely with our Head of Business Development to assist in all sales-related activities, including -

  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and facilitating follow ups
  • Maintaining client and partner pipelines in the CRM
  • Sales ops support including sending of contracts when needed
  • Sourcing conferences for our CEO and Head of Partnerships to attend
  • Helping plan internal events
  • Knowing our “hot lead” and partners lists very well to assist in nurturing those relationships
  • Attending meetings and conferences with the Head of Partnerships when requested

What you bring to the team:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to follow through on tasks easily without much direction
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • You are proactive and take initiative to get things done
  • Team player who is eager to jump in and help the team whenever needed
  • People-person who enjoys networking and isn’t afraid to make a cold call
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working for a quickly growing company in a position without heavy oversight
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Prior sales, business development, or general business experience preferred
  • Interest in the technology industry
