IT Recruitment Lead

Main Responsibilities 

  • Source applicants through research, events, and partnerships
  • Determine applicant qualifications for positions
  • Arrange candidate interviews
  • Evaluate applicants through their qualifications & job requirements
  • Work with recruiting lead(s) to distribute tasks to team
  • Support and provide regular feedback to recruiting team
  • Track data and generate recruiting reports monthly
  • Communicate with Resource Allocation to understand recru priority  

What you bring to the team

  • C2 English
  • 3+ years experience recruiting, preferably in the IT sector or for a recruitment agency
  • 1 + years experience managing other recruiters
  • Great understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience using ATS tools
  • Strong knowledge of team-based project management
  • Enjoy attending event
