IT Recruitment Intern

You will be able to learn how to

  • Collaborate as part of the internal recruitment team together with HR, marketing, technical and allocation teams
  • Conduct recruitment processes and understand requirements for various IT positions
  • Source candidates via tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github etc.
  • Effectively manage data and processes using ATS system
  • Post job ads using multiple job boards and other recruitment channels  

What we are looking for

  • Openness and eagerness to learn more about recruitment and IT world
  • Availability to work at least 20h/week
  • Very good English skills (min. B2) - both oral and written
  • Any previous recruitment experience and basic knowledge of the IT (e.g. difference between front-end and back-end) would be a plus
