Executive Assistant

Primary responsibilities:

  • Preparing and modifying documents, both in Polish and English
  • Managing CTO’s calendar and organizing meetings
  • Organizing events, business trips, and accommodations
  • Making proposals and communication with clients
  • Cooperating with the marketing department, including but not limited to social media support
  • Managing email communication
  • Assisting with day to day operations of CTO
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant position
  • Proficiency in English is a must (both in speech and writing)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Driving license is welcome
