Executive Assistant

We are a diverse team of creative collaborators with ambitious growth goals (we more than tripled our growth this year alone) and are searching for a logistical champion to join the LA squad as our Executive Assistant. The perfect candidate is a natural born problem solver who isn't content sitting back and waiting for direction but instead proactively seeks out new tasks and suggests solutions along the way. For you, staying extremely organized is second nature and task management is a breeze. You have no problem multi-tasking and find yourself constantly brainstorming new ways to help others around you. Working directly with our Executive Team, this is an excellent opportunity for a quick learner who is eager to join a rapidly growing, fast-paced startup and help out in many ways.

This position is primarily remote, but we meet twice weekly to collaborate, strategize, create, and of course, eat good food!

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and organizing meetings for members of the Executive Team
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodations
  • Reminding the Executive Team of important tasks, deadlines, and events
  • Helping the Executive Team remain organized and focused
  • Drafting and sending correspondence on behalf of members of the Executive Team
  • Setting up and maintaining an organizational system for contacts
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and ad-hoc personal tasks for the Executive Team
  • Planning LA team meetings and other team initiatives
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events
  • Assisting the marketing department with initiatives including, but not limited to, social media


  • 1+ years experience supporting Executives at fast-paced, quickly growing companies
  • Professional attitude and comfortable communicating with C-level individuals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Extremely adaptable with the ability to work flexibly in terms of responsibility and responsiveness
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
  • Proactive self-starter who doesn’t require heavy direction or task delegation in order to produce solutions
  • Great work ethic and excellent task management and multi-tasking skills
  • Champion planner of all things from events to travel or meetings
  • Outgoing and positive and also very thoughtful and people-focused
  • Tech-savvy, you know your way around project management and other business communication tools
  • Interest and/or experience in social media, content writing, or design is a plus
