What you bring to the team
Analyze current processes and propose solutions for new initiatives to improve “Soft” HR (People Operations), Employer Branding, and Recruiting to aid in company expansion
Create new strategy and direct implementation of Soft HR, Employer Branding, and Recruitment initiatives including (but not limited to):
Programs, events, ads, promotions, etc. related to Recru / EB
Employee/Employer feedback processes
Employee benefits and benefits systems
Employee career and individual growth initiatives and budgets
Processes related to employee productivity, happiness, and retainment
Employee goal-setting (on high-level)
Lead, manage, and develop the employer-branding, people ops, and recruiting teams
Work at the intersection of talent acquisition and operations, collaborating with leaders across the company to develop and improve processes and initiatives to make VentureDevs the greatest place to work
Generate OKRs alongside fellow members of the leadership team collaborate with fellow leaders on improving employee engagement and personal/professional development
Work with HR and ops teams to improve and grow our onboarding / offboarding processes
Operationally support leaders of tech department in joint initiatives
Evolve and nurture company culture and ensure it is shared amongst all employees
Work with allocation team to create streamlined recruitment to project onboarding process
Evaluate employee efficiencies and company growth methods alongside VP of Finance
Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
What you will bring:
At least 5 years of experience as an HR BP/HR Manager, Director or equivalent role in international tech companies
Experience working in a constantly changing “startup” environment
Knowledge of how to build and lead scalable People Operations (HR, Recruitment Marketing) teams ideally from around 100 to 200+
Ideas and previous experience in creating and implementing various recruiting, HR, and employer branding projects and initiatives
Consider yourself an empathetic listener and an all-around “people person” with strong interpersonal and people management skills
Desire to create new strategies and track-record of generating successful HR/EB initiatives
Love of building an environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention
Experience with creating strategies helping fast-growing companies improve candidates’ pipeline for recruitment purposes
Experience with creating a strong, recognizable IT Brand ( and you can share some examples with us)
